Your customer service is off the scale, your attention to detail is amazing, and you totally get that relationship that people who work with their hands have with their equipment and tools (keyring made from the same wood as my spinner !) "I ordered a customized birdbox in the summer and absolutely love it, it's exactly what we asked for. The workmanship is incredible, absolutely love the finish on the wood. Also really like that it's made from reclaimed wood so eco-friendly. It was made and dispatched really fast. I get the feeling Jerry can make pretty much anything you request so we will definitely be contacting him again in the future."

“This is my saving grace at the end of a long day, I can relax and unwind using my bespoke bath tray. I don’t have to worry about my kindle falling in the water due to its handy slot suitable for tablets and phones. I can also enjoy a cheeky glass of something in the bath too.... this faces water everyday as its always over the bath when I have a shower and hasn’t lost its touch one bit. Thanks Rock Woodcraft!!”

"So that's 3 hours now non stop with my new machine and not a blip what so ever, also super silent so hubby is happy as he can hear the TV. Completely tested the machine with .. Jacobs, Dartmoor and Ryland all in one ball of wool !"

"I would definitely recommend Rockwoodcraft. I ordered a wood carved owl for my mum as they are her favourite bird. The quality and workmanship was fantastic and all made from reclaimed wood. I recently purchased an electric spinning wheel from Jerry and am over the moon with it! The wood is beautiful, the motor is quieter than expected, it's easy to use (even for a total beginner) & very compact. Great quality and value! It was a total pleasure buying from Jerry - probably the best service & communication I've ever experienced with an online purchase. Highly recommended!

I messaged Jerry at Rockwoodcraft a few days ago to order a bath shelf, he got back to me straight away and discussed exactly what I’d like, it is clear he really wants to make his clients the best product possible. Jerry sent me a photo of the wood he used to make the bath shelf before he had worked it’s magic and I’m still in awe that someone could make something so great from reclaimed wood. The bath shelf arrived by courier a few days later and Jerry had sent me tracking details, it was very well packaged. It has a slot for my phone/iPad and a glass of wine and it was a lovely surprise to see that Jerry had added our initials to the underneath, I can’t recommend Rockwoodcraft highly enough and I’m already eyeing up my next order!

Jerry made an office desk to order and it is just fantastic. It is well made and performs really well as you would expect, but it looks really good too. The reclaimed wood is environmentally friendly with the added advantage of giving the desk a ‘look’ that I really like. If you want something made out of wood, give him a call.
